Responsibilities:
- Must have experience into designing and execution of Luxury Interiors ie should have undertaken design projects from concept to completion.
- Specialization in high-end Residential, commercial projects with reputed brands will be an icing on the cake.
- Incumbent designer shall have the knowledge of preparing BOQs and BOMs
- Keeping track of all data and Drawing files systematically in well – organized folders
- Preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Briefing client on the company profile.
- Understand and capture client profiles and requirements.
- End to end Cx client communication management and account management.
- Create a concept for Cx meeting as per their requirement.
- Prepare pitch-deck and ppt for Cx.
- Manage team for Jr. Designers for detailed drawing and design services.
- Conduct site survey for the present condition of the site.
- Ensure 100% conversion ratio from qualified leads.
- Take 1st Cx interaction call with an incoming lead.
- Take sign-off from Cx on the design docket. Ensuring Cx fully understands the details of the design.
- Site kickoff and delegating execution to site Incharge (PET-Project Execution Team).
- Take weekly update from the site and ensure Cx connect.
- Visit site for QC on milestones
What you need to succeed:
- Expertise in Interior Designing, Sales with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D Studio Max, Revitt, Adobe Photoshop, M. S. Office, Designing.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Having exceptional communication and presentation skills to interact with the client .
- Strong analytical capabilities & logic-driven mindset.
- Having business smartness coupled with a strong understanding of business concepts.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (excel)
and PowerPoint. - Ability to work with limited supervision within a team with a high level of individual initiative.
- Willing to travel and interact with the client.
- Spearhead user-behavior analysis to develop innovative strategies, tools and, modifications for enhancing customer experience in collaboration with Product Team
